How access works
This page’s scripts receive a temporary Google access token in browser memory. It is not added to this page’s top-level address, saved in page storage or sent to the page’s hosting server. Google’s official Picker uses it in its embedded frame URL and authenticated requests to display files. This page sends only your chosen file IDs back to your extension.
Google’s drive.file permission permits modifying authorized files, including files authorized earlier. This app only reads files; it does not scan your whole Drive. No download starts on this page. Chrome manages its own authorization cache separately.
The connection closes after one selection, cancellation, navigation or five minutes. This local limit is not the Google token’s expiration time. Reloading requires a new selection from the extension.
About Drive Batch Receipt
A Chrome extension by extenup for downloading selected Google Drive files individually, without waiting for a ZIP archive. Review up to 100 selections before starting, then check each file’s outcome in a receipt stored on your device.
Folders, shortcuts and Google-native document exports are not supported. A completed download with a matching size is not a checksum verification. Retry and reconnection require your explicit action.
This companion only selects files. It does not start downloads. The extension is currently being prepared for release and is not yet publicly installable.
